University Centre Sparsholt is celebrating BSc Aquaculture & Fishery Management student Fraser Knight, who has been selected as this year’s Skretting Prize winner for producing the best write‑up of the annual trout feed trial. Fraser received the award from Steve Wood of Skretting, recognising his exceptional work, attention to detail, and commitment to advancing aquaculture practice.
Each year, the prestigious Skretting Prize highlights academic excellence within the programme, rewarding the student who delivers the strongest analysis and reporting of the trial’s findings. Skretting’s continued sponsorship not only supports this hands‑on learning experience but also helps to fund the students’ educational study tour to northern Spain, taking place this Easter.
