At UCS you’re not just another student in a lecture theatre. Smaller class sizes mean you’re more than just a number – you’ll have our individual attention and support.
Students of all backgrounds will feel at home in our inclusive
learning environment. We have a study coach system where
senior students have regular timetabled sessions with first
year students to help and guide them through the first year
of study, as well as a specialist Academic Skills and Learning
Support team who offer a variety of support services to
enhance your learning experience, helping you achieve
your full potential in your studies and beyond.
Facilities
Set in the beautiful Hampshire countryside, our large and attractive campus has diverse on‑site habitats and an array of industry‑standard training areas such as our new vertical farming facility, robotic dairy, agri-tech centre, the Animal Health and Welfare Research Centre and the unique Aquatic Research and Conservation Centre which will both inspire and support your learning.
Clothing & PPE
Each subject area has its own requirements for clothing and PPE that must be worn. Please select your subject area below for information on the items you need to obtain.
Please note, if you require a white lab coat this can be sourced from any supplier – it does not have to be bought exclusively from creative images.
