University Centre Sparsholt’s Equine facilities include our state of‑the‑art Racewood Eventing Simulator, a 60×23 metre indoor riding arena, three outdoor arenas, Delsys and Biometrics EMG analysis system, Quintic biomechanical analysis software, ETB Pegasus Gaitsmart System, and more.
The Equine centre is a British Horse Society (BHS) approved examination centre endorsed by the ‘where to train’ guide. Horses are carefully selected by either purchase or loan to provide students with the opportunity to develop a range of riding skills and provide a diverse research population for projects and dissertations. We host a range of affiliated and unaffiliated show jumping and dressage events are hosted at the Equine centre throughout the year.

Keep your horse at Sparsholt College Equine Centre! With industry-accredited facilities, expert staff and a range of flexible options, this is a modern, well-equipped yard with a high quality of individual care and an engaging, consistent routine for your horse.
Featuring 60 rubber-matted stables – all with hay bars and additional stalls. As well as indoor and outdoor arenas, horsewalker, weighbridge, hot shower and solarium with infra-red heat lamps, grass rides and cross-country schooling – all set in the beautiful Hampshire countryside.
